WARRANTIES
The guarantee on products sold by Fornituras Caus.com is provided and established in accordance with the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 and following, a legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand compensation when the purchased good does not comply with the contract, giving them the option of demanding repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand a reduction in price or termination of the contract.
In the event of a lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years from the time of delivery is recognized for the buyer to make effective his rights, however, only in the 6 months following delivery will it be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, corresponding to the buyer to prove, in the remaining 18 months (that is, from the seventh until the end of the two years) that the good was non-compliant, all in accordance with article 114 and following of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree.
Manufacturers may offer additional guarantees, the scope and duration of which differ depending on the product and brand. These guarantees shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer who undertakes to provide them. Under the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that complies with the sales contract under the terms established therein (article 114), according to which: The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that comply with the contract, being liable to the latter for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product.
It is necessary to keep the purchase invoice as necessary proof of warranty. In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the one in the files of Forniturascaus.com or the manufacturer/distributor.
The calculation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, pursuant to the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
Without prejudice to the above-mentioned compensation regime, and even in the event of full conformity of the product, the customer may withdraw from his order and return it within seven business days in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as indicated in the following sections.
The guarantee is directed only to the holder (contractual party) who appears on the invoice and only the holder may demand it. Forniturascaus.com will not be responsible for attending to requests from third parties who have not directly acquired the goods through Forniturascaus.com and/or who are not listed on the sales invoice.

Fornituras Caus reserves the right to cancel the additional year of warranty that we grant in cases where it is deemed that the customer has misused the product, as stipulated in the following paragraph.
Cancellation of guarantees: Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the Client of a musical instrument or device, incorrect repair, modification or extension by the Client of a product, as well as the deterioration, removal or concealment by the Client of the Forniturascaus.com or manufacturer's identification label of all products manufactured or distributed by Forniturascaus.com, will result in the loss of the guarantee.
